Job Description
To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
To manage the property and raw land offers database.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
Strong analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Willing to report in Makati city
