Your role will be to solve business challenges by improving organizational practices and processes. It's the perfect fit for a leader who takes pleasure in challenging "as-is" and developing new practices to improve customer experience and business efficiency. This role is part of a team who are accountable to identify business problems through using data modelling or analytics techniques, identifying potential solutions, and ultimately defining as well as overseeing the implementation of the chosen approach with consultation and support of process owners. The successful candidate enjoys fixing problems, driving change, leading on transformation which results in better operational efficiency and effectiveness and has good judgement. Furthermore, the successful candidate enjoys forensically assessing processes through data to identify inefficiencies.

You will join Ten's Customer Experience (CX) team, whose responsibility it is to design the way our service should look, feel and sound. This is a global team with representation in all regions, working together to engineer a best-in-class service to our members, wherever they are in the world. We study how our members behave, and ensure optimal member journeys from onboarding through to long-term loyalty, to minimize churn and maximize advocacy

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze existing business processes to identify information, procedures and decision flows
Define and document business process improvements
Facilitate buy-into business process improvement strategies with key stakeholders
Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as required
Guide and supervise personnel who were assigned specific process analysis or implementation tasks
Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
Present progress reports and integrating feedback
Revise and update procedures and policies
Ownership of data process documentation
Input to the Product Management team to define processes and requirements that can be supported by/ automated with technology to drive better customer experience and business efficiency
Be a core member of a focused process re-engineering team to make roadmap decisions and prioritize process changes that will have the biggest impact on operational and commercial KPIs
Requirements
Required
A strong leader who is comfortable and compelling when communicating a vision
Experienced in designing processes that drive outstanding customer experience, operational effectiveness and efficiency
Proven track record that shows the ability to quickly analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in business, workflow and organization modelling software tools
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt
Experience of using Jira and Confluence
Project or change management experience
Thrives in a fast-paced, highly ambitious, multi-channel and cross-cultural environment
A bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or business management, or a related field
