Position Overview
The Business Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for analyzing business improvement requirements across Support and Operations Teams such as but not limited to workflows, creation of processing mapping, project managing, developing appropriate recommendations to course correct an existing process, business audits, and the management of the business process improvement team. Applies business process improvement practices, to reengineer methodologies / principles and business processes used.
What you'll do at Insight
Analyzes business improvement requirements across Support and Operations
Evaluates analytically and systematically issues related to Support and Operations and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.
Applies business process improvement practices, to reengineer methodologies / principles and business processes used.
Applies data analysis, internal control, risk analysis and business methods / performance measurement techniques.
Execute and implement process, technology and organizational workforce change and successfully lead from conception to delivery of projects
Develop the overall Change Management Framework and execution approach at diverse and ongoing identified initiatives
Develop strategy for stakeholder management to support transformation initiatives, assuring that objectives are understood, workforce impacts are managed, commitment of leadership is sustained, and that there are mechanisms for feedback that can support continuous improvement to the overall change program
Collaborate with Global Process Owners in Shared Services, Business operations, IT and other Leaders to guide change (process, systems, and organizational capability) for all significant strategic initiatives, including integration and assimilation, localization, process standardization, optimization and automation.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of spearheading strategic and tactical initiatives using a range of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Intelligent Automation (IA) tools and methods
To identify Business/COE related projects/opportunities independent and also working with the Operations Management team and solve them to stakeholder satisfaction.
Provides advise on process improvement initiatives, principles, tool and skills
Evaluates feasibility, manageability of identified projects
Effectively directly and indirectly manage global teams supporting project management, data analytics and intelligent automation
Monitors progress of projects
Lead 1- 2 area impact projects within the company, in parallel addressing less complex issues
Understands requirements of assigned projects
Develops basic project plans with high level milestones to achieve objectives and manages to them
Responsible for recommendations to correct broken process, improve the customer/vendor experience, reduce process time, etc..
Process analysis for delivering on Business Benefits
Optimizing existing business and implementing tangible business improvement benefits and realization & tracking thereof
Monitoring of SLA's, projects, process improvements and miscellaneous other items • Supporting Program/Project Managers in implementing elements of the company changes
Recommends solutions and controls, and implementing approved recommendations
Provides necessary support for Process Mapping Workout
Manages the day-to-day operations of the team
Ad-Hoc projects
What you'll need to join Insight
Bachelor's Degree in any Business or related field, from four-year College or University
At least 5 years of experience in Process Improvement and Project Management and other related experience.
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
Six Sigma certified, minimum Green Belt Certified
Project Management certified
