Job Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed documentation of business processes and procedures.
Develop and maintains effective relationship with all key stakeholders of the company
Designs strategies for performing business analysis.
Prepares various analytical for clients and performs regular quality checks on various processes.
Develop business dashboard on a monthly basis and prepares reports for management.
Coordinate with departments and design strategies for all business operations projects.
Analyzes business requirements and designs new processes on the same.
Coordinate colleagues and monitor all data for dat quality
Manages and responds to all clients.
