Job Summary
Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.

What you bring
Proficient use of analytical tools such as data gathering, process mapping, flow charting among others
Project monitoring from start until completion or handover
Advanced to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint used for data presentation
Ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures
AI/Chatbot content creation and development
Proficiency in SNOW Reporting and Dashboard
Knowledge of the KCS (Knowledge Centered Service) Methodology
Process background of the Global Support Desk
Knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge of Qualitative Tools
