Job Description:
We have exciting opportunities for Business Process Analysts (ETL) to join our rapidly growing team, reporting to our Process Improvement Director.
As a Process Analyst, you will support the deployment and use of Business Process Intelligence tools such as Celonis and Signavio, as well as develop the capability of others in using these tools.
In your role you will:
Leverage your data skills to derive process insights for our clients
Analyze and document accurate representations of processes
Review processes and identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
Build SQL based data pipelines
Build SQL transformation scripts to support data-driven process analysis.
Identify and deliver business process improvements that maximize the use of existing systems and technologies in the most effective way.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative approaches to continuously improve the way our clients do business.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and desired process outcomes.
Strong process & data analysis skills are required to allow you to successfully analyze processes and data to derive insights for our clients. Your skills will support the development and configuration of process representations while partnering with client process owners and business process excellence leads to help them identify improvement opportunities.
We're seeking an individual with an ability to leverage data and process visualisation tools such as Celonis, Signavio, Power BI or similar to drive business insights. Training will be provided for successful candidates. You'll have practical knowledge in designing and building ETL pipelines with SQL for processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data and have Business Process Management (BPM) experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and balance priorities.
Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree preferable, with a least four years of working experience.
Ability to work collaboratively to improve processes and deliver greater solutions
Business Analysis and BPM Mapping capability preferred but not required.
Extensive knowledge of coding languages, including SQL.
Knowledge of at least one ETL tool (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.)
Hands-on, with the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and deliver measured outcomes
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Adaptable with a strong customer service focus and mindset
Ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to get involved in the business, step outside your remit for the benefit of the business and its priorities where necessary
