Job Purpose
To work as part of the support team of the Salesforce primarily in charge of the following tasks:
· Administrative deliverables including the documentation and filing of funding, reimbursements and travel requests for the branch engagement activities of the channel and other related activities
· Logistics preparations in the execution of various sales activities, Partners in Action, Sales Assemblies, rallies, etc which may include booking and coordination of flights and travel necessities.
· Coordination with CCE and other RD departments in the execution of channel drivers to improve productivity - e.g Product Bundling programs, AXA University training sessions
· End to end completion of contests and rewards programs for the regions and areas
· Aides the regions and areas in the cascade and promotion of channel initiatives, drives, CBM advisories and programs
· Prepares daily and ad hoc channel reports in driving productivity
· Creates eDMs, leaderboards to drive area prodcutivity
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field
Exposure to Insurance
Procurement, Purchasing and Events organization can be a plus factor
Sales experience can be a plus factor
