The Role:We are seeking a driven Business Owner who pairs strong financial acumen with a strategic, business-focused mindset to take full ownership of product performance, growth, and profitability. This role goes beyond traditional product management you will act as the owner of the business, using financial insight and strategic thinking to drive impactful initiatives. You will evaluate the economics behind payments, question assumptions, and lead projects that optimize profitability while strengthening our position in the payments ecosystem.Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every decision from pricing and process improvements to project execution delivers measurable business results and drives sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities
Act as the business owner of an open loop business accountable for end-to-end performance, profitability, and operational control.
Understand and manage the P&L: track revenues, costs, margins, and key business drivers.
Use data and financial analysis to shape business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and optimize operations.
Collaborate with teams in Risk, Finance, Operations, and Tech to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Develop a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, customer behavior, and market trends.
Drive initiatives that enhance adoption, increase transaction volumes, and improve customer experience.
