Your Role and Responsibilities
The Business Operations Manager (BaaS - Backup As A Service) GTS, Resiliency and Storage Services is responsible in creating and managing programs within the Resiliency Services competency including but not limited to operations support, metrics, and process management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the identification of program measurements in order to measure, track and report on the effectiveness of business programs.
They provide functional program development, planning, guidance and support to ensure that business objectives are met.
They influence and advise management and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions.
They analyze complex or new situations and implement solutions or develop new approaches, procedures or processes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years minimum experience
IT Industry background
Data analysis experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (excel and power point)
Concise communicator with ability to effectively deploy, manage, and communicate across multiple organizational tiers with regards to the programs under management
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
You should at least have a Bachelor's/College Degree, or any equivalent work experience in business operations/administration, technology, program management or project management.
