Job Description:
Report Generation: Headcount, Attendance, Training, Bench, Demand and Supply Gap, Headcount Forecasting, Attrition Audit, Headcount Roster
Bench Management involvement i.e. Roll-in to Bench, On-boarding,Roll-off Bench to Project, Asset Managementt, Seat Tracking, GPH Tracker
Assist on Demand and Supply via demand logging for internal demands
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Computer related course preferably Information Technology or Computer Science
Require 6 months' work experience in Software development or Testing
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP up and basic formulas)
Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
Regular Shift, 9am-6pm
