Responsibilities
The person in charge will report to the Business Operations Manager, and together they will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. The Business Operations team's scope includes Business Governance, Internal Process and Document Control, Facilities Management, IT Support, and Legal. As a fast-growing organization, other operational responsibilities may arise and could be included to be under the scope of Business Operations. However, HR and Finance have separate departments and will be out of scope as of now.
Requirements
Graduate of a top international/local school, with a bachelor's degree (preferably but not required) in a business or operations-related course
1+ years in an Operations or equivalent role and working experience in a fast-paced environment; globally operating tech companies or management consulting is a plus.
Basic calculation skills in a spreadsheet application (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) are MUST. Experience in automation and other advanced functionalities is a plus.
Should be detail-oriented, process-oriented, and highly attuned to administrative tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to explain, advise, and coordinate with other departments.
