Job Title: Business Operations/Admin Generalist
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM BST / 5PM - 2AM PH Time
Salary: $800 - $1000
Assist in financial record reconciliation and manage annual filings for various entities
Support document processing for legal requirements and liaise with external parties like notaries
Handle approvals related to KYC, AML, and KYB procedures
Invoicing and Certificates: Chasing invoices and issuing S/EIS3 certs. Additionally, managing the setup of refunds, requesting bank details, and processing refunds
Exit Management: Conducting exit calculations, creating exit PDFs, and distributing them to investors. You'll also manage the setup of wires for returning money to investors
Filing and Expenses: Handling PFIC/FATCA filings and chasing unsubmitted Revolut expenses. Also, processing invoices and setting up wire transfers
