POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Vice President, assisting in the business of the organization as well as supporting and facilitating the organizations various operations, including working remotely with various teams in different offices. The Business Manager is also responsible for providing support to other members of the Management Team as required.
Candidates with good potential but less experience are welcomed and will be considered as Assistant Business Manager.
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete a broad variety of tasks that facilitate the VP and Executive Teams to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; collecting information from different teams, offices and sources; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; composing and preparing correspondence; establishing database or registers.
Devising templates and preparing reports on various subjects such as sales targets, cost figures, partnership analyst.
Analyse, tabulate and present various types of data in a meaningful manner for managements review.
Develop SOPs (standard operating procedures). Manage and improve different aspects of the organizations activities.
Lead or work together with different teams to devise, manage and deliver various projects or initiatives.
Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the management team, some of which may have organizational impact.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the VP, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect organization policy.
Coordinate Executive Team meetings and assist with staff or customer meetings and events as needed.
Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years working experience with exposure to different business functions or units in a multinational organization.
Bachelors degree. MBA holder is preferred.
Experience in working in IT industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and with excellent problem solving skill is a must.
Able to work under pressure. Enjoying challenges and tackling problems. Ability to motivate, inspire and lead.
Knowledge in information technology such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and software development is an advantage.
Experience in collecting data and information from multiple teams and multiple offices (cross regions) for preparing complex management reports.
Expert proficiency in Excel and good at numbers.
Experience in setting up and streamlining procedures and processes for a multinational organization.
Excellent at execution and coordination.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent judgment is essential.
