In a newly created role, based out of our Global Shared Service office in Manila as our Business Management System (BMS) Advisor, you are a self-starter excited about leading global initiatives. Working in a fast-paced project environment, you will report into B+H's Chief Operating Officer and have a dotted line to our parent company Surbana Jurong's BMS Manager.
Specific Position Responsibilities
With a passion for quality management and business improvement, you will be responsible for:
Actively consulting with various stakeholders to map business processes and facilitate documentation of processes and supporting documentation or systems
Helping with the establishment of the B+H's Business Management System (BMS)
Implementing, monitoring, and reporting on all key business improvement initiatives relating to BMS
Ensuring relevant processes and systems are updated based on stakeholder's requirements and stay compliant with applicable international and country standards.
Facilitating/participating in delivering training to B+H employees in various studios to ensure effective knowledge sharing based on best practices
Providing BMS support to B+H employees to understand and implement the B+H management system requirements
Developing and managing the B+H internal audit program and reporting to ensure compliance against BMS requirements
Deploying assurance and internal governance systems and controls by facilitating implementation and review of the auditing programs in line with the management system requirements.
Monitoring operational processes performance and provide recommendations for improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiencies
Facilitating/participating in increasing efficiency of BMS processes including response, reporting, learning and continuous improvement.
Liaising and coordinating with various B+H stakeholders and the SJ Group global BMS team with respect of the above responsibilities.
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to engage with key stakeholders
Demonstrated process mapping and policy/procedure writing skills
Practical knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001
5 to 10 years of experience in management systems roles with direct involvement in development and auditing management systems documentation
Experience in an Architecture, Consulting and Civil Engineering industry desirable
Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Business Improvement and or an associated discipline desirable
Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
