About the position: As the Business Lead , you are expected to perform the driving force behind client and employee satisfaction. You must take the whole accountability and ownership of the delivery center in the country to reach excellent service. Duties and responsibilities: Managing Country/Cluster relationship Customer satisfaction - ensuring high client satisfaction Understand and Contribute - Work with RODs, Country boards to ensure country-level strategies are translated into tactical actions Meet all the operational requirements of the country, project, and client Adopting a continuous improvement mindset Responsible for the development of people (ensuring all required skill building/Career Growth/Flourish) Building one team spirit (Collaboration within and across the teams) KPIs - Meeting the established KPIs Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Ensure immediate and appropriate response to escalation - both internally and externally at the right time Ensure that the team is optimally resourced to service the country Knowledge of any Project Management/ Scheduling tools such as MS Project, Gant charts will be an added advantage Certification/Good knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, and SCRUM Master methodologies is preferred but not mandatory Able to work in a global cross-cultural matrix environment. Knowledgeable of other regions and considerate of different cultural norms/appropriate business conduct. To adjust and accept diversities in a corporate manner.
