Position: Business Interlock Analyst Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila Key Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships. Translate high-level requirements into detailed training delivery plans for low-complexity programs. Collaborate with customers for short-term and long-term course delivery plans. Work with Lead on course delivery strategy, budgets, and approvals. Support lead in annual/quarterly delivery planning. Monitor session setup progress and plan logistics. Communicate, escalate, and resolve program, course, and training session issues with lead and client. Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and expectations. Provide session evaluation reports for continuous improvements. Other Responsibilities Contribute to the leadership of the Delivery organization. Encourage best practices and innovations within the Delivery team. Liaise with other teams outside of Delivery as needed. Job Qualifications 3 years of experience in learning delivery. Individual Contributor with good English communication skills. MS background (PPT, Excel - good to have but NOT required). Open to candidates from any industry.
