Business Intelligence senior analyst - eigTTEC

TeleTech is seeking a Reporting Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Intelligence Team.
Our global IT organization of 500 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.
What you'll be doing:
The Senior Reporting Analyst provides value added reporting services to the TeleTech client base through the design, creation, support and analysis of enterprise operations and financial reporting. Activities include business analysis, report design modeling, report development, report implementation and post launch support.
What you'll bring to us:
Develop new reports and modify existing reports, both proactively and in response to client request or in order to improve operational efficiencies
Develop and implement specific client reports, internal or center operations reporting, executive summary reporting as well as quarterly reviews. The data being analyzed is coming from ACDs, Telecom Networks, Scheduling systems, Oracle HRMS etc
Troubleshoot and identify issues with existing reports and data by analyzing complex SQL and reports.
Work directly with external and internal client to determine reporting requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Work with Data warehouse team to support client specific reporting by creating requirements for data acquisition and storage to support the upstream report development.
Design enterprise solutions through object oriented reporting software including Microsoft Reporting Services, Business Objects/Crystal Reports and Digital Fuel/Service Flow. Create solid repeatable solutions for other teams and analysts to apply.
As directed by management, consult and project manage multiple complex business projects.
Manage tickets with vendor technical support groups for bug and enhancements needed; development of new and enhanced self service solutions applicable across enterprise
What skills you'll need:
College degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years of reporting development experience using Oracle, SQL, VMWare, Crystal Reports or MSRS (Microsoft Reporting Services) required.
Advanced SQL skills
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Databases and data structures
Ability to clearly communicate with non-technical requestors and technical partners
Project management skills preferred
