Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a lean team that provides business intelligence across the organization (reports, BSCs, metrics, insights, etc.)
Develop and implement business intelligence processes and systems
Manage performance of audit assignments, review and finalize audit reports.
Schedule and plan audits; initiate project planning, assess risk, and develop audit direction.
Perform audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial and other records.
Participate in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning.
Other duties that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.
Qualifications
Has solid background in business intelligence (including insight generation and data visualization)
Able to lead and coach a small team
Has project management skills
Has Problem-solving skills
