Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, executing and managing a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: managing error queue, escalation and data monitoring type of work, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, and general program oversight.
Responsible for the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
Engages program or project manager at the appropriate level as defined in the Program/Project Management Policy to guide implementation
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
Interested candidates must be a graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree program
With at least 7 years' experience in working with a Shared Services environment, preferably in HR and related tools (HRIS, etc)
Candidate must have background in research and analysis
Ability to interpret policies, procedures and manage confidential information
Must be keen to details and has background in conducting research and analysis, excellent organizational and decision making skills
Escalation and change management required
Project management experience is necessary
Exposure in work procedures and follow-throughs
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Must be willing to work in rotating shift/schedule (day shift, midshift, night shift)
Work location: Upper McKinley, BGC, Taguig City
