Job Description
Our client is a leading construction/engineering/project management company. The are currently seeking to appoint a Manager for their Structural Design Team in the Manila office and manage the structural design of industrial, commercial and residential structures.
Primary Functions:
Manage the structural design and engineering business performance.
Manage project performance
Maintain a strong relationship with the region's operations and business development teams to support business strategies.
Manage budgets, forecasts etc.
Meet business growth targets
Ensuring the technical excellence of work produced by the team.
Training and mentoring people within
Requirements:
A minimum of 15 years' experience with at least 10 years associated with structural engineering
Expertise in steel and concrete designs, structural analysis, BIM etc.
Experience in managing business outcomes, financials, etc.
A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Post graduate qualifications would be an advantage
