Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Operations:
Assigned with 2-3 markets in the APAC Region
Coordinate the completion of all standard and ad hoc Market Finance requests within the Center agreed upon scope and Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing financial data to deliver business insights to in-market Commercial Finance colleagues.
Execute Operating Plan and Latest Estimate consolidation, analysis, forecasting and reporting activities and coordinates these with Market Finance Directors, In-market Finance and Commercial Team
Prepare and review of Compensation and Benefits budget and forecast.
Prepare and validate complex financial analysis.
Support the overall strategic planning process through detailed analysis of key business drivers and the preparation and management of standard templates.
Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate flow of information for decision-making.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives and strategic Regional and Functional initiatives.
Technical Skills & Experience Requirements
Highly analytical with the ability to derive actionable insights and business recommendations from financial analysis.
Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills
Ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions.
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Competency with spreadsheets & financial modeling (comfort with data manipulation and financial systems)
Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes)
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA required.
3+ years of progressive experience, ideally in an in-market Commercial Finance role responsible for reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting
Excellent problem solving, project management, analytical skills, attention to detail, planning and time management skills.
Good understanding of accounting principles
Strong communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple activities.
