Required Experience & Skills: Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt-Certified or Green Belt-Trained, Client and Project Management, RPA Tools Experience, Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
The Role
As Business Excellence Team Lead, your core responsibilities will be the following:
-Develop organizational effectiveness in collaboration with extended teams to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and trainings across the organization.
-Drive improvement projects on processes to improve Cost, Quality and Client Value
-Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
-Support business and functional team to achieve quality objectives.
-Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
-Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
-Lead global projects in BE
-Drives the BE program for client/s in a site/across sites
-Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence
About You
-On your first day with the organization, the company would like you to be/have:
-Led VSM (Value Stream Mapping) initiatives
-Participated in assessing requirements for automation projects (for a year)
an understanding of RPA Tools (Automation Anywhere, PEGA, Mini Bots etc).
knowledge and experiences in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles
-3-5 years of Client & Project Management
-Yellow Belt Certified or Green Belt Trained
