Who you are:

What you will bring:
● Immerse in the different internal processes of each department to identify data structuring
inefficiencies
● Provide insight and tools to use for better data management across departments
● Manage existing reports and if needed, help create recurring reporting dashboards for periodic
inspection of performance of implemented processes
● Explore tools and frameworks for long-term data management considering rapid growth of
Wonders
● Develop performance metrics such as KPI, SLA scorecard, Agent Scorecard
● Deliver ad hoc reports and standard report to our SLM's, CDM, SDM, Incident Managers,
Operations Managers and Team Leads
What you have:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence at
various levels within the organization
● With relevant experience in business development process, insights and consultative work where
your selling skills that can be applied to opportunities across the business unit
Ideally, you'll also have (Good to have):
● Experience on Microsoft SQL Server Management studio data extraction and management
● Data visualization design using Tableau, PowerBI and Qlikview
● Capability to undertake predictive analytics and correlation analysis
● Working knowledge of automating MI production
● Previous experience of HR systems
Requirements
Qualification:
● Holds any Bachelor's/College Degree
● At least 2 years of related experience.
● Willing to work on-site (Pasig).
● Willing to be assigned on a 4AM shift (Tuesday to Saturday).
