The Role
As a Business Enabler, you will be responsible for designing and driving the increase consumption of data and analytics within the business segments. You will be working within a strategic program to become more data-driven in making impactful decisions across the institution. You will come with experience building analytics capabilities, strong
interpersonal skills to be a solid trainer, experience in hands-on building, coupled with banking business acumen,
including a heavy dose of passion for continued knowledge acquisition and growth, obsession for our business stakeholders.
How you'll contribute
Key focus is on designing and developing enablement on the enterprise data analytics platforms.
You will be assigned to a business segment(s) and understand their most critical use cases that are driving high
business value. * This role will design data discovery, analytic data model development, and analytic workflows for all personas of user expertise using the data analytics platform.
Engage in large scale strategic programs across the business segments.
Partner with vendors and other technical stakeholders to build teaching assets that will be reusable and will compound intellectual property.
Partner with the data governance team to deliver training on policies, processes, and procedures.
Partner with the Change Management team to ensure operationalization of analytics processes are streamlined and automated as much as possible then deliver training to the business users on how to deploy analytics at scale.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any related field
At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying Data, Analytics or Machine Learning solutions
Must have coding experience, with familiarity in at least one programming language good understanding of
Devops best practices. * Must have experience in banking domain
Must be creative and always looking to deliver key messages via different channels and ways to improve reach
to your audience. * Must be outgoing and love to present your ideas and visions about the potential of analytic outcomes.
With good verbal and written communication skills
