JOB PURPOSE
Business Development Supervisor, Research and identify new business opportunities for Alfamart, build and maintain the relationships with lessors and lessee. Understand the their needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these as well as achieve the target.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Any Course or equivalent.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Assistant Manager/Manager is a plus.
Experience and knowledgeable with Retail Industry
Highly competent in project management and execution
Excellent in written and verbal communication
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Can create and understands process analysis and documentation
Can communicate and collaborate well with others
Manage process review and change initiatives
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Strengthen the integrity of inventory flow
Able to document and implement the assigned Planned Project
Able to document and implement the assigned Special Project
Able to execute project/s that resulted in company savings (i.e. Time, Cost, etc.)
