Bachelor's Degree and above, business or marketing-related major preferred
·5-8 years of healthcare business development and account management experience
Self-motivated and can handle extreme pressure on business lead generation
Knowledge of HubSpot (CRM) is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS 365 Suite)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse population
Analytical thinking and proactive mindset
Motivated to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented culture
·Excellent time management, organizational, and business management skills.
Must have substantial sales and presentation experience with top-level decision makers (Executives)
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a spirit of cooperation
Must have a strong attention to detail, productive and responsible, and be able to meet deadlines when necessary
Capable of working nights or graveyard shifts (following PST time), flexible with work hours, and willing to travel when necessary
