Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to help us in our overall business development efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for providing and gathering relevant information as well as influencing existing or potential clients to avail of our services and solutions. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
Ultimately, the goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
-5+ years' experience in sales lead generation, telemarketing, and business development working on global accounts
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields
-A proven track record of B2B sales transaction and demonstrable experience in building and maintaining good relationship with new and existing clients
-Posses high emotional intelligence and ability to instantly connect and build rapport with various clients
-Strong understanding and experience in drip campaigns, CRM software, O365, Outlook and consumer behavior
-Working knowledge on marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
-Neutral accent with impeccable conversational English
-Highly confident, persuasive & influential
-The following experience will be highly regarded:
-Highly collaborative and exhibits strong sales and business acumen
-Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
