Job Description
The Business Development Specialist shall identify and acquire sites viable for a TGP franchise in his assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for site sourcing based from TGP's requirements.
Conducts evaluation of submitted and proposed sites of applicants and existing franchisees.
Conducts market research and offer recommendations to help the company identify business growth opportunities.
Negotiates with lessors, admins & key personnel in relation to contract and lease terms.
Collects and review documents submitted by the lessor.
Prepares comprehensive report on the proposed site for expansion of TGP.
Presents to franchise operations the proposed sites and justify the profitability and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4 year business related course
At least 2-3 years experience in the related field
Familiar with Mindanao areas
Willing to do fieldwork
With excellent communication & negotiation skills
Willing to be based in Davao City
