Position: Business Development Representative
Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 9AM - 5PM CST|11PM - 7AM Philippine time
Pay Range: $900 - $1500 monthly
Lead Generation
Proactively identify and generate leads through market research and strategic outreach.
Utilize various channels to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Cold Calls/Emails
Initiate and engage in effective cold calling and email campaigns to establish connections with prospective clients.
Qualify Leads
Evaluate and qualify leads based on established criteria.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification standards.
Schedule Meetings
Maintain an organized calendar to optimize meeting schedules and maximize productivity.
Requirements
Has 3-5 years of experience
Proven track record in business development or a related field.
Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads into business opportunities.
CRM Tools
Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Resourcefulness
Demonstrated resourcefulness in approaching challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Proactive in seeking new opportunities and staying ahead in industry trends.
