JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will perform an administrative role and be responsible for contacting client or customers, and the arrangement of schedules or appointments and also do email marketing and LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns for the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, prepare schedules/appointments effeciently to clients and customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications of an Business Development Representative:
• Must be a high school or college graduate
• Must have high level of initiative and drive
• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Business Development Representative
• Knowledge in email marketing is a plus,
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Computer literate and Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and
relevant computer programs
• Person that pay close attention to details because they have the responsibility to document and provide all information needed for an appointment to happen.
• Has an outstanding negotiation ability
• Someone with a strong Team Leader quality
• Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Someone who can work unsupervised
Your Responsibilities As a Business Development Representative would be:
• Managing schedules and setting appointments
• Making outgoing calls or taking incoming calls from clients or customers and set appointments to meet with the manager
• Encoding or entry of data, lists any appointments that has been made throughout the day.
• Use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.
• Call or email a predetermined contact number of clients
• Contact clients about establishing future business with the company they represent
• Manage and maintain CRM database of the company
• Managing Sales Navigator and LinkedIn for each Sales Manager to focus on specific targets by messaging them to generate leads.
• Building relationship with our Sales Manager to empower them to market Boomering through their LinkedIn profile.
• Enhancing our corporate brand on LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of Facebook for business purposes and implementing Facebook campaigns for marketing.
• Building company recognition through Facebook, by making connections and messaging potential clients for interest in Offshoring personnel.
