Role Description:
 
This is a great sales opportunity at a growing company! We are looking for driven candidates that want to make a career in sales. We're looking for the Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contract for prospects, playing a critical role in shaping their initial impression and creating opportunities for our Software Sales Consultants. The BDR position should be comfortable being on the phone and utilizing a CRM to log activities, track progress, and manage follow-ups.. Key Responsibilities:
Identify products or services that may fit the customer's needs
Maintain a strong and organized pipeline in SalesForce CRM, including accurate recording of all interactions with customers
Being comfortable in a sales role and engaging on the telephone
Exhibiting outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Identifying and overcoming objections and executing follow-up actions
Ongoing sales training and professional development
Competitive performance based commission
Collaborative, supportive team culture
Demonstrating high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast paced team environment
Minimum Qualifications:·
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and disciplined with pipeline and time management.
High energy, resilience, and comfort with rejection.
Coachable, curious, and eager to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications:
PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experienc
1-2 years sales experience preferred
