Salary & Benefits:
PHP 20,000-30,000 monthly base salary depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

Your role would be to ensure continued development of the business, drive sales, and to streamline processes that both create amazing experiences for our customers, and ensure efficient and rational operations for our team.
 
You will be working with a team for most of the time in Mactan, and part of the time in Cebu city as we expand our operations. You will be working in close collaboration with the CEO and other Business Development staff daily and you can expect to share in the responsibility when executing larger tasks and projects as we build the business together.
 
A typical week might involve:
Planning and prioritizing tasks in conjunction with the CEO
Perform any delegated tasks from the CEO whether business or personal
Act as representative of the CEO in any delegated capacities
Research & Analysis - Researching online, through phone calls, or in the field collecting data/information
Messaging/Managing correspondence
Executing & coordinating tasks and projects
Maintaining appointment schedule
General Administrative: Digitizing, Organizing, Maintaining Files
Coordinating and negotiating with business partners, lawyers, contractors, etc.
Assist in hiring employees
Designing business process & helping delegate processes to new employees
Establishing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones with clients.
Maintaining our network of community liaisons, agents, and brokers.
Creating & maintaining data on real estate listings and developments
Managing inbound leads & transaction coordination
Assisting with media listings, virtual tours, and data intake for clients
Administrative related tasks - finance, accounting, HR, purchasing supplies
Your responsibilities will shift as the team grows.
 
Qualifications:
 
Required Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, & Google Workspace
Writing and grammar must be strong enough to compose emails and speak on the phone
Comfortable with technology and software

If you have a driver's license and know how to drive either or both a motorcycle and a car, that would be a plus, but is not required. We will get you a license once you join.
Experience with bookkeeping or accounting is a plus but not required.
Experience in Project Management and Finance is a plus but is not required.
Knowledge of Asana, Pipedrive, and Xero software is a plus but is not required.
General understanding of business & accounting concepts

About the CEO:
 
Hermann is a native Cebuano and there is no other place in the world that captures his heart more than his home city. He lives at the ocean and enjoys freediving, snorkeling, and being out on a boat with his fellow beach lovers. He completed his education at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and has worked in various corporate and entrepreneurial capacities prior to returning to the Philippines.
