Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events pertaining to Biopesticides and biotechnology;
Develops negotiating strategies by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations;
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts;
Presents to top level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels;
College graduate; preferably Business Sudies, Administration or any related course;
Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in the related field;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Strong leadership skills.
