BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for network planning, conducting research, feasibility study on building a new store and or business opportunities.
Prepares and processes store lease contracts for new stores and timely monitors updates and renewal of the Lease contracts of existing stores.
Conduct competitor count, customer traffic count, and benchmarking survey to open a store.
Reviews leasehold contracts, construction contracts and price quotations
Arrange business meeting with prospective lessor and building owners.
Negotiates with construction and/or development contractors to construction and/or building new stores.
Ensures that all concerns pertaining to the completeness of store requirements in opening a branch (Leasehold contract, Telephone, POS machines, printers, aircon, furniture and fixtures, electrical, cctv, signage, etc.) are meet as scheduled (should be functional and available).
Ensure that all statutory, legal and other requirements for business operation are complied.
Organize and/or point person to other office activities related to the following: waste management, recycling, company guest accommodation and transportation, etc.
Ensure all invoices, billings and statement of accounts under admin are received and forwarded to Accounting for on time processing.
Performs other task that may be assigned to an Administrative Officer from time to time by the management as needed.
