Duties:
Identify sales prospects, conducts telemarketing, research & site visit to translate prospects into leads.
Saturate areas with potential market share to develop territory plans & expansions.
Conduct company introduction & initial product presentation to possible customers such as job site, architectural firm & other industries.
Arrange meeting with potential customer.
Attend weekly suppliers meeting for project update & site development assessment.
Gather necessary information for pre-negotiation assessment.
In-charge with contract signing, billing & collection of awarded projects.
Ensure appropriate & timely delivery in awarded projects.
In-charge with project turn-over & after sales service.
Develop new accounts & network with architects & other relevant to the industry.
Prepare weekly itinerary & other reports deemed necessary by the management.
Attend weekly sales meeting & marketing events.
Carry out other duties with his knowledge and capacity as required by the Head.
Complies with all policies and procedures of the company.
To perform other tasks as considered necessary by the company.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at High Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required Skill(s): driving skills, English proficient
Preferably Less than 1 experience specialized in Sales - Tele sales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
