We are looking to for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.
What you will do?
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. You will be responsible in identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.

Task and Duties:
1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
2. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
3. Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
4. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
5. Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
6. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
7. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
8. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Strong analytical, management, strategic and planning skills ;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Amenable to work on-site in Valenzuela City.
