Essential Duties and Responsibilities- BUSINESS
· Delivers the monthly, quarterly, semester, and Annual VDMPPC and BO management targets of CFC / MFC in his assigned territory.
· Submit weekly coverage plan one month in advance
· Submit weekly sales coverage report to management through update of google sheet
· Present business review to management that covers all information needed in FACT BOOK
· Follows the winning strategies as developed and deployed to him by the NSM to penetrate and develop the market segments and Trade Channels in his territory.
· The BDA is responsible for the excellent CFC / MFC product distribution, placement and availability at all times in 100% of NKAs, LKAs, Market Accounts, downline accounts and networks, Wholesalers and Grocery Chain accounts in the territory assigned to him/her through the proper management of his Distributors and partner accounts in the territory.
· Follows and executes the competitive Pricing Strategy. Ensures that the different trade channels follow the MFC principle of "parity with or better than competition".
· Implements and cascades to his Distributors partners the CFC / MFC Sales Operating Standards, Reporting Systems as well as best practices on the company's "Go to Market" initiatives.
· Setup distributors, sales distribution framework
· The BDA- Gentrade works in the field together with Distributor Sellers to ensure achievement of products Sales and Distribution objective of CFC / MFC products in the different trade channels the company compete in.
· Establish regular communication, business review with distributor, wholesalers, customers in the area.
· Setup data information of the following: universe of accounts, accounts covered, manning support of distributor.
· The BDA - General Trade assists / helps his BDM achieve the following objectives"
o Appointment of Strategic Distributor Partners.
o Development of the Wholesaler Network
o Public Market Distribution Partners
o Wholesalers and Local Key Accounts Penetration
o Convenience Stores and Sari-Sari stores.
