We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for a manufacturing company based in Quezon City. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through effective sales and market development strategies.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
Create and implement strategic business plans to meet sales targets and company goals.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and product pitches.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to work independently.
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
Benefits
Competitive salary range of ₱50,000 to ₱100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
