The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate leads, engage with potential customers to build new business and to re-engage with alumni based in the Philippines. This candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, able to work independently and is a team player at the same time. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute strategies that not only generate potential leads but successful in sales and maintaining good working relationships with customers. Responsibilities Identify opportunities and building credible pipelines Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and expand customer base Think critically when planning to assure campaign success Re-engage with existing customer contacts Maintain weekly reports to both CEO and Regional Director of Operations Actively contribute updates to team discussions etc Work closely with both Business Development team in the SEA region and with Marketing Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented Sales Driven
