Job Description
We need a determined, caring business development executive to grow our company. Business Development Manager must acquire and retain consumers, persuade them to buy more products or features and follow consumption patterns. Finally, a top business development executive will listen to customer feedback to ensure our products and services exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Utilize Hubspot, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Obtaining new clients through personal interactions, word-of-mouth, and marketing collaboration.
Maintaining strong client relationships to retain them.
Suggesting customer-friendly modifications or new services.
Developing contracts and business proposals to increase customer revenue.
Negotiating with clients for the greatest prices.
Evaluating customer feedback and making improvements
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
Has experience prospecting clients from US, EMEA or APAC
P50k - P55k salary range plus commissions.
Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or at least college undergraduate.
Embrace a STARTUP MINDSET.
Strong communication and comprehension skills.
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Willing to work on a NIGHT SHIFT and ONSITE in Buendia, Makati.
