The Harston Recruitment Corporation Philippines, a member of the Harston Group, is a newly established overseas manpower agency in the Philippines operated by staff with a wealth of experience in recruiting skilled workers primarily for the Middle East and medical staff for UK hospitals.
Our office is located at 10F Unit 1 DPC Place Bldg., 2322 Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati, Metro Manila. We have a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to become a member of our Team. The role of the Business Development Manager is to connect with potential clients, arrange meetings, develop new markets and tap organizations or individuals to find new opportunities for the business. This position also involves developing quotes and proposals for the clients.
Qualifications:
Working experience in Business Development with an overseas recruitment agency is required
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Highly productive with minimal guidance, proactive, and ability to handle complex issues that arise
Proficient in MS Office programs
