Job Responsibilities (Sales)
* Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
* Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
* Prepare business proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Keep records of sales, customer database
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

* Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
* Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
* Keep track of recruiting metrics
* Implement new sourcing methods
* Advise Recruitment Specialists on interviewing techniques
* Participate in job fairs and career events
* Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform Recruitment Specialists and Department Managers about changes in regulations
* Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
* Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
