YOUR ROLE
Responsible for driving sales, revenue + gross profit (GP) through various sales channels while maintaining good relationships with our customers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Tasks + Responsibilities
Drive + manage development of our road logistics offerings
Maintain market position by spotting opportunities, developing product offerings for new lanes + markets + annual biddings
Ensure annual budgets, sales + GP targets are met within the given time frame
Be the representative for operational reviews with vendors + customers in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Provide training, support process mapping, handle trial shipments + implement solutions
Collaborate with other managers + departments in increasing cross-selling activities + success
Work closely with sales teams in ensuring target growth is achieved
Monitor operations, sales performance + ensure compliance with internal policies + external regulations
Maintain data integrity in CoreLOG (Customer Relationship Management tool) through regular updates
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Your Skills + Expertise
Diploma/Tertiary certification in Supply Chain or Business, with Degree qualifications, preferred
Minimum 4-5 years of logistics operational experience, within an International Freight Forwarding/Transportation industry.
Able to build strong networks while creating and implementing strong business development plans
Able to effortlessly engage all stakeholders to drive win-win situations
Ability to converse in English fluently.
