Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Structure Commercial; Value knowledge for improving the lead business incremental revenue streaming by Quarter and Yearly budgeting plan.
Build Up Team; Set up the team to be the front liner of the company, Who to pay attention to set up the new business service and strongest attitude for the market and competitive thinking. Interviewed and consider the right persons for the team. Coaching and Training the team with super value competency.
People Management; Manage and lead the team to the goal. Define key performance indicators and support the team to top success. 
Strategy Planning; initiative business expands to approach to the market, Innovation, 4PL Solution, Total Logistics Solution.
Creating and maintaining a list database of prospect clients; maintaining the database of prospective client information
Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans 
Other tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a logistics company or transportation management-related functions.
 Experience in the logistics transportation business will be an advantage
 Have good presentation and communication negotiation skills
 Efficiency, time management, and organizational skills
 Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
 Being enthusiastic, ambitious, confident, and professional
