Job Summary
The Business Development Manager for Clients grows the business, ensures business goals and objectives are met by focusing on maintaining and developing long-term client-business relationships and opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Think strategically on ways to source and craft solutions for prospective clients
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to build strategies to ensure an excellent client experience at all times
Closely collaborate with HR and Management that service and products are in compliance with Philippine labor laws
Develop and maintain the relations with external business associates, sub-contractors, clients, or third-party partners
Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new or improve current services, products, and distribution channels
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients and understand their needs
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
Develop and improve procedures and processes for the business
Writing reports with accurate data and analyzing relevant business data
Presenting findings to the team and executive management
Maintaining relationships with colleagues and keeping up to date on their work progress
Develop and improve procedures and processes for the business
Assisting with investment and financial decisions to benefit the company
Planning and preparing business presentations
Attending internal and external client meetings
The role works in collaboration with other functional teams (Marketing, Operations and others) to ensure an excellent client experience at all times and a smooth transition of qualified leads into closed contracts.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Good business sense
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
Goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
Background in the BPO industry
Experience in the HR ecosystem is a plus
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
Salary: P45,000 – P60,000 + commission
