Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience
A great opportunity has arisen for a success-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for new business acquisition for a growing Business Process Outsourcing company.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the VP for Operations in building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
Identify new markets, new ways to reach existing markets, or new service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 5 years experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development and Account Management within the BPO Industry
Must have experience in product and project management, needs and cost-benefit analysis, business planning and execution
Must have proven success in closing business deals and increasing revenue
Excellent problem solving skills
Must have excellent English communication skills.
