Description
JOB SCOPE:
Promotes Hann Casino Resort's VIP services and products to Premium players of Hann Club, Hann Circle & Premium Direct;
Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager and/or Director in acquisition & retention of new premium players, and achieving incremental theo/profit target;
Ensure efficient daily operations in the casino;
Ensure high standard of guest service to all patrons in a professional manner;
Coordinate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction, and therefore leading towards Brand Loyalty of Hann Casino & Resort;
Gathers information through proactive networking to build a high quality database of players;
Suggest and/or initiate suitable marketing programs / strategies to drive new/repeated players for the property;
College level and must have at least 4 years of proven sales record/experience in Casino Marketing - Player development, preferably in Business Development;
Possess excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English, with relevant business development sales, customer service and telemarketing experience from an Integrated Resort Casino.
