Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible in the development of new products and opportunities that will support the overall growth strategy of Sterling Pharmacy.
He/She is tasked mainly to promote new products of SGMP in the market through brand consciousness including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short and long term.
» In charge of developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new products to customers.
· Introduce new products of SGMP to increase market penetration and expansion.
· Plan, design, develop and implement marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels and programs.
» Manage the execution of marketing programs of the company's assigned product line to gain market share and increase over-all acceptcapability.
» Conduct market research and analysis to generate up-to-date market intelligence on competitors ?products and market needs.
» Ensure that all procedures are complete and that quality standards are met.
Requirements:

» Graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related course.
practice:
» Solid background in Business & Product Development and Marketing in Pharmaceutical industry.
» Exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, supply chain, project management and general business practice is highly desirable.
» Proven capability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
· practice in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
» Excellent knowledge of the full marketing mix
» Strong analytical expertise partnered with a creative mind.
» Must be adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.

SL Agritech Corporation SL Agritech Corporation is one of the Major Top Producer of Hybrid Rice in the Philippines.
At present, SLAC has more than 3,000 people in its research, production and administrative facilities located in Makati City, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan and Davao Region. Information technology now has three commercial hybrid rice seeds, the SL-8H, SL-12H and SL-18H which are all proven to be high-yielding varieties that could thrive on both wet and dry seasons. These are being distributed in the Philippines and exported to Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia and India.
Aside from the production of commercial hybrid seeds, the company is also involved in milled rice production through a network of contract growers who exclusively grow the Doña Maria® Premium Quality Rice and Willy Farms® Rice. These packaged rice products are available in major supermarkets and are being used by hotels, restaurants and catering services all over the Philippines. The company also exports its premium rice to North America, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Israel, Pakistan, Australia, Singapore, Guam and Marshall Islands.
The success of SLAC is not aptly measured in terms of people employed, revenue and expanded distribution channels both locally and internationally, but on the impact Information technology is making in the lives of thousands of farmers who plant SL hybrid seed varieties. This is the reason why Information technology is committed to continue its social efforts in gearing farmers to convert from inbred to hybrid seeds to be able to transform the agricultural landscape, attain rice self-sufficiency and increase rice yields.
