Bakuun.com is seeking enthusiastic, self-starters for a position leading our commercial activity in the market, a role that is critical to our company's success; managing and cultivating customer relationships.
We're looking for results-driven individuals who can develop markets and the ideal candidates must be highly organized, able to thrive in a fast paced team oriented environment and have a passion for sales within the travel industry.
They will also be responsible for acquisition, market development and growing our partnerships as well pitching new business and closing sales.
Understand the benefits of the products and services offered by our company, and fluently articulate those benefits to customers
Maintain a high client retention rate through a consultative approach and the ability to offer solutions and outcomes.
Utilize professional networks to improve relationships with current customers and reach out to new prospects.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Driving acquisition and optimizing all opportunities.
Customize product solutions to increase adoption and engagement.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Requirements
A self starter with a strong commercial focus
High Organizational Skills, the ability to think on your feet and lead the market.
Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong Communication Skills.
Ability to upsell and manage corporate relationships.
Results Focused and 'can do' attitude.
Problem Solving Attitude with Resilience to Overcome Objection
Valuable Skills
Ability to Think Quick and Work Analytically.
Previous experience in Hotels, Chains or Travel Technology.
Knowledge of CRMs.
Strong Collaboration Skills, Customer and Team Focused.
Knowledgeable about the Online Distribution and the Wider Travel Market.
Ability to Adapt and Maintain Flexibility in a Rapidly Changing Landscape.
