As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Manilla based Business Development Representative Manager to join our team. You will manage and grow BDR teams that are currently working out of Manilla and supporting the US as well as the ANZ regions.
We are seeking an experienced BDR leader with a track record of quota overachievement. In this role you will manage, Inbound and Outbound BDR roles. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the box, and loves to coach others. Additionally, this person will be a high level strategic thinker who leverages data insights to maximize results while always positioning for scale.
This is a high-energy position that requires a relentless drive, an unyielding desire to continually get better and a winning mentality. We seek an individual who is very positive, enthusiastic and results-driven.
Responsibilities
Meet/exceed Sales Qualified Leads and MRR (SQL & MRR) goals on a monthly basis
Meet/exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metrics for Prospecting Activity Targets
Manage data driven reporting and performance optimization for the team
Collaborate with BDR and Sales Leaders to increase pipeline quality results
Hire, train, coach, motivate and scale the PH BDR team in alignment with 8x8 growth objectives
Qualifications
Proven management experience
SaaS industry experience (preferred)
US and ANZ region management experience
Experience in leading and enhancing outreach strategies
Proven background in creating and maintaining lead generation processes, methodologies, and enablement
Prior experience in managing outbound and inbound BDR teams
Power user of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other BDR related technologies
Ability to successfully partner with Marketing and Sales teams
Ability to mentor, retain, and motivate exceptional BDR teams
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced, and collaborative team environment
